This will not be vegetarian or vegan only. I want this to be more plant forward in concept. Meat may or may not be included.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I do not intend this to be the same type of blog I read out there with someone showing a recipe and providing the ingredients list so you can recreate it although at times there might be short entries about a restaurant or something I tried.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One thing I experienced in culinary school was learning about the food. Sometimes it was the history, the origin, the migration of the people, and not just &#8220;here it is, make it now.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I want this to be more about the journey and the reconnection to food that we are missing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I hope you find the journey enjoyable along with me.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What is this site about?
